What we collect and why

Emails and messages
After you order, we email you an order acknowledgement, a payment confirmation and a shipping notice. About a week after delivery we may email once to ask for a review, and once more a week later; then we stop. We contact you on WhatsApp only if you opted in at checkout. For gift orders, we never contact the recipient unless they opted in.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to complete your order: our payment provider, our courier [OWNER: courier], and our email provider [OWNER: email provider]. We don't sell your data.
